An American oenologist who puts her guests instantly at ease. She is also a painter and writer on Impressionist paintings of Paris. 

 

A place of exceptional cordiality and good humor.  

"My wines are from small producers whom I know personally. I know exactly how their wines are produced. My clients live in the neighborhood and come for something different," says this interesting proprietor.

Comparing wines

Adding cheeses, terrines or other products

of the area from which the wine comes...

 

plus a salad and a simple dessert, turns the tasting into an informal supper and avoids breaking the atmosphere by dining elsewhere. As well, the cost is far less than that of going to a restaurant. 

Live music makes the evening even more convivial. We choose performers who fit the theme and the place. Each element of a soirée should reinforce the others others...
