of Parisian artists, hosts and specialists as well as private visitors, tour organizers or event-planners – all of whom are PEF members, because by French law an association's advantages are open to members alone. We therefore suggest that you join us.
•Annual dues
°Individuals: 20€ °Groups (one person joins) : 30€ Couple or family 40€ 3- 5 participants 60€ 6-10 participants 80€ More than 10 participants °Professional tour organizers, agencies, other: 80€ °Companies with more than 15 employees: 250€
•Legal responsability rests with the Board alone. .

•Creating a trip or an event
°Cultural, charity or student tours: 385€ per program day °Commercially-organized tours: 490€ per programn day °Parisian companies: We discuss the fee.
This down payment allows us to reserve the dates. |

•If you come on your own, please see "Examples & costs" •Fees for tour- and event-organizers are higher, but remain reasonable. •Interpreters: Please ask. |

• Please propose it at the start, so that we can
°Recommend service providers whose fees fit your parameters. °Balance off expensive suggestions with those that are less costly. NB: Bills are itemized, which lets you know the cost of each element. |
• Then accept – at first – price guidelines rather than set costs because... °Set prices would oblige us protect ourselves by stating their highest probable level. °Many costs are variable. |

•Tours that have been designed specially: Should we cancel a program, we refund it fully (that problem has never yet occured). Should you cancel, the fee is payment for work done. We do not reimburse it. |
Should unforeseeable circumstances render an event impossible, we substitute an activity of equal interest. (This has sometimes happened and the substitutions have been very well accepted.) |
