"What I most remember about a trip to Morocco 40 years ago is a conversation."

  • Conventional tourism shows what you expect – we show you worlds that you don't know, through the eyes of people who are part of them

Roger Laly, our colleague in Barelona, is passionate about sailing and lives on his boat in the port. Visitors can too.

Our cicerones communicate what they know in depth. They rarely have ties with commercial mass tourism, and work with us because we've persuaded them to. Remuneration must exist, but it is secondary to the interest of sharing what one loves with people with whom one feels in harmony.

  • This is a work in progress!

Our suggestions now concern other parts of France, Geneva, Barcelona and New York. We'll ppresent other destinations when we have the contacts.

Costs, 1-5 visitors

•How to proceed

° To cicerone: The fee depends on local practice, on the guides themselves an on what is asked. (Point of comparison: Parisian guides' associations recommend a minimum of 190€ for a half day, 3-4 hours).

° To PEF, 20% plus dues

° Please out the questionnaire (feel free to adapt it !) to help guides know whom they are receiving, and give them a idea of how to plan. We will then put you in touch directly.

° When you accept the program, please send the annual dues and PEF's percentage (20% of the guide's remuneration) to our account by bank transfer. Of course these funds are returned should the guide be obliged to cancel.

• Please note: Feedback is very much appreciated.
